The factory premises of the company DELMAG are at the Neckar in Esslingen in the commercial district "Neckarwiesen" which is located southeast from the city centre.in the municipal districts Oberesslingen and Zell.

The district town Esslingen is situated about 15 km to the southeast of the town center of Stuttgart in the Baden-Wurttemberg on the river Neckar.

The industrial area where DELMAG is seated has a very good transport connection using the national highway B10. You leave the B10 at the exit Esslingen-Zell, Sirnau, Industriegebiet (industrial area), drive over the bridge of Dieter-Roser-Brücke crossing the river of Neckar and turn left into the Zeppelinstraße. After about 250 m you turn right into the Max-Planck-Straße. You find us on the right side.
